My
blog is about selling my own costume-made healthy energy drink and a healthy
flavored powder-mix. I want to sell a product that is 100% healthy for anyone
who drinks it; this energy drink is not going to be like another Redbull or
Monster energy drink because is not going to contain artificial flavors and caffeine
since I want people to feel healthy and satisfied with this energy drink. There’s
so much competition with other energy drink companies that they rather add more
artificial ingredients to their products than caring for the health of its
consumers. In my opinion energy drinks are made to boost up your energy when
you are sleepy or tired at work or school so when you drink an energy drink its
supposed to do that, but sometimes when people drink more than one can a day it
might danger their health so costumers don’t need to worry about that when they
drink my energy drink because every flavor is going to be natural flavors. In addition
to selling my energy drink I’m also going to sell a healthy powder-mix with
delicious flavors such as strawberry, coconut, ginger, green tea etc. for those
who don’t have time to buy the drink at their local deli store. My audience for
this product is going to be mostly for skateboarders and snowboarders since in
this type of sport for athletes it requires more energy, but off course other
people can drink this too if they like. When I started with this idea for my
energy drink I wanted to make sure how many people in the United States and
around the world were searching for things related to healthy energy drinks, so
I made some research about the possible keywords people search related to
healthy energy drinks and I found about 100 searches related to this topic,
some people searched for list of healthy energy drinks, redline energy drinks,
5 hour energy drink etc. When I did this research I learned that there’s 3,600
Global Monthly searches and 2,400 Local Monthly searches in Google. These
numbers showed me that there’s not that many people in the world that are not
interested enough about their health, and instead they are searching for the
unhealthy energy drinks such as Monster, Redbull, Rockstar etc. energy drinks.
For example 1,000,000 people are searching more for just plain energy drinks
vs. the 3,600 people who are searching for healthy energy drinks, to me this numbers
means that people are not caring about their health. I also learned that in
this research the most competition according to the keywords I’ve found showed
me that there’s more medium and low competition, however this competition only varies
with the country and language the person is at. With this in mind, I think this
is a good idea to start selling my product to costumers who are looking for an
energy drink that can show them the healthy flavors rather than the artificial
flavors in the other energy drinks costumers are so used to.
